Confident Communicator Accelerator (Deposit)

The $2,000 deposit secures your intent to join the Camera Confidence Accelerator coaching program and reserves a conditional spot, pending completion of the full payment.

This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

After paying your deposit, you will receive payment instructions for either of the payment options we have, including wire transfer instructions or a simple financing application for fast and easy funding.

Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Jadarius Dean LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Company"), and the individual ("Participant") enrolling in the Confident Communicator Accelerator program (the "Program").

1. Program Description

The Confident Communicator Accelerator is a coaching and educational program designed to help entrepreneurs and professionals build confidence on camera, create content consistently, and improve communication skills. The Program may include live group sessions, recorded content, exercises, and other proprietary resources.

2. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee that the Participant will earn income, attract clients, or achieve any specific results. Any examples of results or success stories are illustrative only. Success depends on the Participant’s own efforts, actions, and circumstances.

3. No Legal, Financial, or Business Advice

All Program content is provided for educational purposes only. The Company and its representatives do not provide legal, tax, financial, or business advice. Participants should consult their own advisors before making decisions.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable payment (or deposit if on a payment plan) is required to secure enrollment. If paying in installments, the Participant agrees to complete all payments as scheduled. Failure to complete payments does not cancel the obligation; the full balance remains owed.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of coaching services and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from participation in the Program or reliance on its content.

7. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program or violation of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including videos, worksheets, templates, and frameworks, is the exclusive property of the Company. Participant may use the materials for personal business development only and may not share, reproduce, or distribute them without written consent.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and Participant regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.

By enrolling in the Program, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
